In a culture of age old Educational Institutions, the idea of starting a School seemed like really run-of-the-mill kind. But what inspired me to get going was a vision. Few years back, I lost my younger son, ‘Utkarsh’, Utkarsh was a visionary, a philanthropist and a true humanitarian. In his short life span he constantly worked for the betterment of the society. His future plans comprised of starting a School for the under- privileged and also where the learning process journeys beyond conventional and ordinary methods. Keeping Utkarsh’s vision intact, we laid the foundation of Utkarsh Srivastava Public School in July 2014.

Like every new beginning, I was scared and nervous, not knowing where this journey would lead me. Today, when I look back, my heart swells with pride and immense happiness and I can not wait for the rest of the journey to unfold. Process of learning begins from the moment we are born and continues till we die. Being around children taught me probably the best lessons of my life. Their curious little minds that want to learn, explore and discover, their courageous self that’s ready to face any challenge thrown towards them and their beautiful heart that teaches us to Love unconditionally.
