USPS Pre School

USPS Pre-School cultivates life-long learners and prepares children in a way that empowers them with a strong academic foundation. The USPS Pre-School philosophy is inspired by the Reggio-Emilia approach to learning, which integrates play into children’s exploration of language, literacy, science, math, movement, music and art. Children learn the importance of community and collaboration and an enquiry-based approach to early learning is emphasized, fostering critical thinking and emotional learning. Children engage in meaningful Learning experiences which introduce the foundational concepts for early Learning.

We understand that every Parent wants the best for their child, hence each child is looked after by a Teacher, who observes, plans and assesses that child’s progress towards the Early Learning Goals, in partnership with the Parents. Parents are highly involved in the School and are encouraged to volunteer. USPS Pre-School is a wonderland emphasizing play and imagination, words and language and art and creativity, with an eye toward teaching empathy skills and kindness. Classrooms are stocked with materials like blocks, paint, clay, paper, wood, sand, and water to promote creativity and cooperation.

There are also music, yoga and Spanish/French Classes.
